My Approach
My approach to developing learning materials is learner centred and driven by business goals. I have extensive experience developing and delivering content to a wide range of stakeholders.
Each project was initiated by a needs analysis to identify the key skills and or knowledge gaps from which to develop learning objectives. I then applied development techniques like action mapping and storyboarding to ensure focus on the objectives and business goals.
The examples below use a range of technologies including Canva and Articulate Storyline.
